  • Glasses or sunglasses must be secured with an elastic retainer to ensure safety during activities.
  • Sharp objects are not permitted in pockets to prevent any potential injuries.
  • Flip flops, high heels, sandals, and sliders are not allowed, and bare feet are prohibited to ensure adequate support, hygiene, and safety standards
  • Attire must be culturally appropriate to respect local customs and traditions.
  • Eating and drinking are not allowed on attractions to keep the area clean and safe.
  • Guests with long hair must keep it tied back to avoid any hazards during activities.

  • Shortened experiences due to bad weather do not qualify for refunds, as stated in our policy.
  • A penalty of AED 50 will be charged for each hour or part thereof for exceeding the designated activity time or failing to return safety equipment on time.
  • Activities will close 30 minutes before the park’s official closing time to allow for proper clean-up and safety checks.
  • All equipment must be returned 15 minutes prior to closing to ensure a smooth transition for all guests.
