  • Pregnant women or guests with back problems are not advised to participate in the dune bashing activity.
  • For bookings that include transfers, please note that pickup is available only from Dubai hotels or residences, not from the airport.
  • Pickup from locations other than Dubai hotels or residences can be arranged upon request and may include an additional surcharge.
  • Shared transfers are available from Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, and Dubai Marina.
  • Shared transfer pickup timings may vary by 30 to 60 minutes depending on traffic conditions and your pickup location.
  • Guests are not allowed to access the dunes during the night, however sunrise dune access is permitted.
  • Bringing outside alcohol or personal snacks into the campsite is not allowed.
  • To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, loud music is not permitted after 1:00 AM.
